Mike is very knowledgeable and is very responsive. He helped us sell our house in Hanover PA and buy our house in New Oxford PA. I used Mike back in 2013 when we bought out first home. That's the home he also helped us sell in 2020 because we grew out of it. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy and sell a home

Mike is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very helpful, and very personable! He doesn't try to get you to purchase the most expensive home, he tries to get you the best home for you. Very helpful in noticing the little things in a house and helping understand what we are in for with certain houses. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have worked with Mike Nelson and I can honestly say there is good reason he has 5 stars. Selling in this market was easy but buying is a whole other experience and am glad we had Mike as our realtor. He is very knowable and could always get a hold of him and saw us through the whole process from beginning to the very end. His wife Monica was also a big help and is nice knowing you feel like you have a team on your side. I can not express how happy we were with the outcome and that no matter how bleak it looked, Mike was a trooper to the very end. His wife also helped us in the end making everything happen on schedule. I highly recommend him or his wife as they both have a ton of experience, let you know they are on your side with your best interest in mind and generally just good people. I honestly could not recommend him enough.

Mike helped me sell my parents' home in York, PA. It was a unique situation due to the pandemic, plus I live in the DC area so we had to conduct all our business remotely. Mike was very responsive to emails and texts and thoroughly answered my many dumb questions about the process. He helped me figure out what improvements were worth the expense before listing the property, and priced the home just right. He kept me up to date on showings and feedback from potential buyers, and was encouraging as we went through the process. The house was listed on July 13, and we had an accepted offer by August 23, settlement on October 7. We had a bit of a situation just 20 minutes before settlement, which Mike handled expertly. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Mike, and would gladly recommend him!

Sherry was fantastic to work with!!!! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond for us. Even after the sale of our house, she is still checking in to make sure we are doing okay. She took off so much stress and really pulled through, especially when faced with challenges dealing with opposing parties (sellers/buyers). Sherry will take care of you like family and she found us our dream home. We love sherry and are so happy that we had the privilege of working with her!!!

I don't even know where to start, so I will just start by saying that Mike Nelson ROCKS!!! My husband and I decide to separate after 20 years of marriage and we needed to sell our home and go our separate ways. It was hard enough dealing with all of our personal issues but we both agreed that we needed the sale of our home to go as smoothly as possible, so we called Mike Nelson. Mike helped us to sell our home quickly and at the price were asking. Then he helped us both to purchase new homes. This guy was so professional! Throughout the process he was able to keep our personal issues separate and did not share any information pertaining to the purchase of my new home, with my soon to be ex-husband and did the same with respect to my husband. This was beyond helpful in curtailing any disagreements/ arguments between my husband and myself. Mike made the process of selling a home and buying a new home smooth and easy. He was a huge help in making a bad situation (getting divorced) so much less stressful. Knowing that I could trust Mike allowed me to stay calm and breathe during this very difficult time in my life. I can not express how grateful I am to have had such a great experience! Thank You So Much Mike Nelson!!!

Mike helped us find our new home and sell a pair of condos, and I couldn't have been happier with the process or the results! Although I plan on being in this house for so long that I hope Mike has retired by the time I'm ready to move, if that's not the case then I would definitely call on him again.
