This husband-wife duo has been working together for a long time – much longer than when they decided to form a real estate team together. Having been married for about 30 years, Mike and Monica agree that their life partnership elevates their business one; They know each other’s strengths and weaknesses and can push one another to be the best agent possible.
Mike became licensed in 2002, but was receiving a first-hand education in negotiating while watching his father buy and sell antique cars growing up. This skill, coupled with his joyous personality and ability to get along well with pretty much anyone has lent itself well to a career in real estate.
And Mike is someone who takes his career very seriously. He can always be found participating in continuing education courses and attending specialty classes to further his knowledge and be able to provide more services to his clients. He also works hard to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and industry practices. This dedication to his career has earned him a reputation as a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional in his field. Mike's clients appreciate his expertise and trust him to guide them through their real estate transactions with confidence and ease.
Monica was also licensed in the early 2000’s, becoming a part-time REALTOR® in 2007. During that time, she focused more on raising their young children and then pursued a career in dental hygiene. During her time in the health field, Monica honed her attention to detail and relationship-building skills. She values people and is diligent about making sure she is providing quality care, guidance, and advice.
A self-proclaimed “people person,” Monica wants her clients to be happy and fulfilled throughout the transaction. She meets people where they are on their real estate journey and listens to their wants and needs. That way, Monica can curate the experience they are looking for and help them achieve their real estate goals. With her expertise, Monica ensures that her clients are satisfied with their purchase and can enjoy their new home for years to come.
Aside from real estate, Mike and Monica are proud parents to two sons and two fur children. They enjoy family trips to the beach and taking long walks on the NCR trail. A long-time classic car enthusiast thanks to his father, Mike spends his free time working on his 1964 Cadillac Coup DeVille while Monica enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, reading, and catching up with friends.
