Mike provided excellent communication and was available at all times for our questions and requests. He was really helpful in getting the septic tank replacement completed before closing, and coordinating the parties researching our title across multiple banks and refinances over the 29 years we owned the house. He let us know what to prepare before showing, and what to expect during the offer review and acceptance process. There were very little surprises. Mike is a consumate professional that I would highly recommend.

It's not an easy decision to sell your parents home. This house held memories. But I relaxed and never looked back once I contacted Mike. He met me at the house, took some pictures...got the ball rolling. He walked me thru the contract; explaining what things meant and a timeline I could expect. When we received a "negative" comment after a showing, Mike was once again reassuring to my panicked "no one wants this house!". We temporarily took the house off the market. He offered suggestions, we got it fixed up and back on the market. I truly appreciate Mike...his knowledge of his job, the market, the neighborhood...made me feel comfortable knowing we would get a fair market price for our parents house. Whenever I had a question, Mike was quick with a response...never left me hanging or wondering. Thank you Mike, from the bottom of my heart!
