Mike Nelson was great, he went well above and beyond the call of duty in handling a difficult delay in settlement due to the need to obtain a court order allowing me to see my Uncles house. He work tirelessly with both me and the buyer to get what was needed done. He was always available when called to answer any questions or just to assure me that all was fine. He more then earned his commission. His professionalism knowledge and assurance that all would work out was a great comfort. I would strongly recommend him to any looking to buy or sell a house, and he is the first and only one I would consider for any future real estate transaction. Once again I can not state more strongly how pleased and happy I am with Mike's handling of the sale.

I live in Florida (960 miles) from this property. Mike was highly responsive to every call and text. He and his wife exceeded my expectations in prepping the house for sale. He also went above and beyond to meet an oil delivery truck when needed. He also found and sent to me a coin collection that I had accidentally left behind.
