We can't imagine what it would've been like to go through the homebuying experience without Mike and Monica. They were incredible. We were looking at a time when houses were being snapped up the same day they hit the market for $70K over asking price. So, we had to act fast and be smart if we were going to make a purchase before interest rates spiked. Mike and Monica tag teamed to show us every single house we considered, often on extremely short notice. And somehow, they kept things fun and hopeful, despite the challenges of the housing market. With their help, we bought a very special house that had what we needed and fit our budget. We're deeply grateful to Mike and Monica for their hard work, good cheer, and deep commitment to their clients.
