It such a bless to once again work with Mike. He helped us sell our old house in less than a day at a price that we could have only dreamed about. He then had the patience with us as we put in multiple offers trying to find the perfect place for us. While we were on a cross country trip, Mike was able to Zoom us in on a walk through of our perfect home. We were able to get us under contract from New Mexico. Site unseen, we are now settled into our perfect house thanks to God and a great realtor!

To say the 2021 market was a different buying/ selling experience would be the understatement of the year. Mike was not only well informed on the changing trends but gave us the competitive edge we needed to SELL AND BUY. Without his capability we wouldn't have gotten the most out of our old house and we definitely wouldn't have had the upper hand to snag our new home in the smooth manner that we did! Mike was an excellent communicator and was always available to answer a question or get us an appointment to see a potential buy. We started working with Mike cause of a good family friend that told us about him an the great work he does. So from day one we told Mike what we needed in a house an it was on from there. I work late most days during the week but Mike still made it work he's very knowledgeable and helped point things out good an bad didn't matter Mike would be more than happy to help ya out!! Will definitely use Mike again an Iv already told a few of my good friends about how great he was with us.

Mike helped us with finding our dream home that we had built and selling our home. He answered any question we had through the process. Attended several construction meetings with us. Looked over contracts. Did our final walkthrough with us on the new home. Then when it came to sell our home, he advised us on what we should and shouldn't do based on the market.
