Mike is very knowledgeable and is very responsive. He helped us sell our house in Hanover PA and buy our house in New Oxford PA. I used Mike back in 2013 when we bought out first home. We used Mike Nelson to help us buy a home in north Baltimore County. We were in Oregon at the time and had just sold our home. We were coming to Baltimore to be nearer a daughter and her family. We chose Mike because friends of my daughter had used his services. It was a great experience. He was always available, very rational yet reassuring. He worked very well with my daughter and between the three of us we completed the buy with minimal hassle. Here is a vignette that shows Mike's honesty. Having sold our house in Oregon and having looked at numerous houses out here over the past three years, I thought that maybe the house we was a little underpriced. I asked Mike about it. "No," he said, "I wouldn't say that it is underpriced, I'd say that it is a good price." I think it would have been in his interests to say, "Yes, it is underpriced. If you want it, you'd better snap it up!" I trust him a lot.

Mike helped us buy a new home and sell our existing home in New Freedom, PA. With Mike's help, we received something like 17 in 4 days. Mike expertly guided us through the process of selecting a final offer and negotiating the final terms. Without his experience, it would have been a very overwhelming situation. On the home buying side, Mike took us to a wide variety of properties over several months before we found the perfect home. It was a foreclosure, and again, due to Mike's experience, the otherwise complicated process ran smoothly. I can't recommend Mike and Monica enough!

Mike helped me sell my parents' home in York, PA. It was a unique situation due to the pandemic, plus I live in the DC area so we had to conduct all our business remotely. Mike was very responsive to emails and texts and thoroughly answered my many dumb questions about the process. He helped me figure out what improvements were worth the expense before listing the property, and priced the home just right. He kept me up to date on showings and feedback from potential buyers, and was encouraging as we went through the process. The house was listed on July 13, and we had an accepted offer by August 23, settlement on October 7. We had a bit of a situation just 20 minutes before settlement, which Mike handled expertly. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Mike, and would gladly recommend him!

Mike helped us find our new home and sell a pair of condos, and I couldn't have been happier with the process or the results! Although I plan on being in this house for so long that I hope Mike has retired by the time I'm ready to move, if that's not the case then I would definitely call on him again.

When we decided to sell our house, there was no question who we were going to call. We've known Mike for years socially so we were comfortable asking for his professional services. His track record selling homes speaks for itself. We thought our home would be a challenge to sell-our location was iffy and then Coronavirus hit! Mike took the most beautiful pictures of our home that really conveyed exactly what we hoped and then some. Our house sold in 13 days amidst a pandemic. We are so thankful!!
