Sherry exceeded my expectations immensely. I knew very little about the home buying process as this was my first home purchase. Sherry made sure that I fully understood the process and checked in frequently to make sure I got everything that I needed to do done. She was always available via phone, text or email and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The area I was looking to buy in was not her normal area of work, but she provided me pages of potential listings and had no problem driving out to show me multiple houses on the weekends. Even after purchasing the house and getting settled in Sherry still checks in with me occasionally to make sure everything is going good and reminding me she is always available for anything I need!

My family was looking to for someone to rent one of the houses on our property. We had used Long & Foster in the past and had good luck. Sherry contacted me and set up an appointment to meet very quickly at my husband's and my convenience. Sherry was very friendly with a great personality. She came to our house prepared with the old listing, which made things easier and took less time. Sherry was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions in an easy to understand way. Sherry's communication was great. She notified me with updates via email and text. Sherry was fabulous with screening renters as we had a strict no pets, no smoking policy. She stood firm with prospective renters and communicated our wishes. Sherry found renters in 3 weeks from our first meeting. During our signing of the contract with our new tenants, Sherry was very clear on the expectations of the contract and us. Sherry followed up the following week to make sure that we did not need anything else. We had a great experience with Sherry and would highly recommend her.
